The Company Secretary ensures the management of the company is done in accordance with the Companies Act and the company’s ‘Articles of Association’ and is usually responsible for filing the appropriate forms with Companies house as and when necessary. While small companies no longer need to have a dedicated Company Secretary, the work still has to be done.
I will ensure your statutory deadlines and obligations are met including the filing of accounts and other annual returns as well as notifying Companies House of any changes to the officers of the company and the company structure.
As part of the service, I manage all the paperwork required for the payment of dividends and dealing with share transfers.
My company secretarial services include:
- Company formations
- Preparation and electronic filing of statutory returns
- Preparation of all documentation related to minutes and resolutions
- Maintenance and storage of statutory books
